Pumpkun may not be the most popular vegetable among childeren and lot of us. But this humble fruit is a nutritional wonder. Including it in interesting way to add the flavour to your table and loaded up on health with this mostly ignored superfood of nature.
This creamy Pumpkin Halwa, or Kaddu ka halwa, is the perfect fall / spring dessert. It's incredibily rich in flavor and suitable to enjoy for breakfast or a light evening dessert.
If you've got the sweet tooth like I do, then the soft, pudding-like yet flaky texture of halwa is so appealing and comforting.
We only use homemade jaggery powder in our all recipes, so you will always get the goodness of minerals which jaggery contains with the source of protein and fibres.
Care/Storage: Store in cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sun light.
If consumed on the same day, store in a cool place. If consuming later, then refrigerate for storage and consume warm for beat taste
