*ٹھیکیداری یا خواری*
موجودہ دور میں آپ کتنے ہی مخلص بن جائیں۔ آپ کتنے ہی قابل ہوں۔ کلائنٹ نے کام اسکو دینا ہوتا ہے جسکے ریٹ کم سے کم ہوں۔ چاہے انکا کام کتنا ہی خراب ہے quality of work زیرو ہو تب بھی کام کم ریٹ والے کو ہی ملتا ہے۔
میری ذاتی reservations یہی ہیں کہ کلائینٹ کو نہ کوالٹی آف ورک کی پرواہ ہوتی ہے نہ defective works کا خطرہ۔ بس جو بھی اپنے ریٹ کم کر دے اسی کو کام دے دیتے ہیں۔اور جب اس مکان میں شفٹ ہوتے ہیں پھر جوں جوں انکو defective works نظر آتے ہیں انکا پارہ ہائ ہوتا رہتا ہے پھر یہ لوگ جھولیاں اُٹھا اُٹھا کے ٹھیکیدار کو بدعائیں دیتے ہیں۔ پھر انکو خیال آتا ہے کہ کاش کسی Professional contractor کو کام دیتے تو آج اس پریشانی سے بچ جاتے۔ بس اب ہر گذرتا دن انکی پریشانی میں اضافہ کرتا ہے۔ بالآخر مجبوراً یہ اپنی غلطیوں کی سزا اپنے دوسرے مسلمان بھائیوں کو ایسے دیتے ہیں کہ یہ "اُجڑا ہوا گلستاں" اونے پونے داموں بیچ کر کسی اور گھر میں شفٹ ہو کر شکرانے کے نفل پڑتے ہیں۔ نیا شفٹ ہونے والا بیچنے والوں کو عمر بھر کوستا رہتا ہے۔ یہ سلسلہ forever جاری رہتا ہے۔ ذرا سوچئیے غلطی کسی کی ہے۔ یقیناً اسکی ہے جس نے 200 روپے مربع فٹ کے پیچھے ریٹ بچانے کی خاطر اپناٹھکانہ جس میں اسکی فیملی نے رہنا تھا۔ اُجاڑ کے رکھ دیا۔
مالک حضرات سے گذارش ہے کہ اپنا کام professional کنٹریکٹر سول انجینئر کو ہی دیں۔ چاہے انکے ریٹ کُچھ زیادہ ہی کیوں نہ ہوں۔ اور کنٹریکٹر حضرات سے گذارش ہے کہ اپنے بچوں کو حلال روزی کھلائیں ایسے ریٹس ہرگز نہ دیں جس سے بعد میں آپکو نقصان ہو یا پھر آپ میٹریل میں چوری/دونمبری کر کے پراجیکٹ کو پائہ تکمیل تک پہنچائیں۔
