Creative Assistant
Location: Karachi

Requirements:
• Must have a BBA/MBA or Media Sciences/Mass communications degree
• Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent)
• Outstanding leadership and organization skills
• Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
• Must have a portfolio, reel, and/or samples - an interesting portfolio that showcases a variety of projects demonstrating a wide range of creative outputs
• Agency experience working with high profile clients (previous clients in the FMCG industry is desirable)
• A clear understanding of how different media content differs across various devices and platforms
• Strong and effective communication skills; must be collaborative and creative
• Must have excellent design, typography and layout skills. Attention to detail is critical
• Fluent in English
• Experience of working in a fast-paced iterative environment - incorporating feedback, launching quickly, setting measures for success and continuously shooting for the Moon

Requirements:
- Lead and support the implementation of paid marketing strategies
- Examine correlations between prospecting activities, revenue, and budget
- Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and HubSpot landing page sources reports
- Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand the reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition
