The year 2005 was the landmark year when he endeavored to develop and document Axact's mission and values. It was his vision that oversaw the development of the organizational structure. The Chairman and CEO's process oriented approach led to the overall process development of the organization. Over the years under his able leadership, he developed various domains and created dynamic leaders in the different business units that have collectively played a vital role in the organization's success.
Mr. Shoaib has set the overall direction of all the units and has groomed these individual leaders to take their units to glory! That explains Axact's 8 established business units that are also the market leaders. Mr. Shoaib's vision for the future led Axact to develop a brand new infrastructure called GalAxact built to accommodate 30,000 Axactians.
Amid all the accomplishments and successes, Mr. Shoaib created Axact's value system in realizing the company's corporate social responsibility, Plan 2019, which is the manifestation of Axact's fervent determination in working to bring development to Pakistan's four key sectors - education, health, food & shelter and judicial assistance.
