Economy is not bad and most businesses are doing pretty well. Then why do we see so many talented professionals struggling in the job market?
The biggest challenge for job seekers is that the rules of job search have kept changing. It is overwhelming for job seekers.
On top of it, if they don’t see any results in couple of months, they become seriously frustrated and lose all the energy they need for the daunting task of job search.
Most job seekers have little or no experience in searching jobs. Many of them get pushed into the job market as a sudden shock with no warning at all.
This is bad and sheer wastage of talent. With economic pressure and fear of never getting a job, they make obvious mistakes. Unfortunately, there is no structured guidance available.
