In return we would like our patients to promise to
help us by attending their appointments promptly and if that is not possible let us know as soon as they can
carry out any home care as recommended by their Dentist, so as to ensure that their mouth, teeth and gums are maintained in a healthy condition
attend for regular examinations and preventative treatment as recommended by their Dentist (a reminder service is provided)
treat all staff with the courtesy and respect that they would expect from us
