Important Steps of Account Creation:
Proof of Identity: You need a verifiable first and last name because to any mistake , ebay may demand a verification of your first and last name e.g. Passport, Emirates ID, CNIC, Driving Licence.
Verifiable Address: You need a verifiable address which can be verified with your name through landline bills, utility bills or bank account statement.
Verifiable Email ID & Contact Number: eBay will verify your contact number and email ID by sending OTP.
Bank / Payoneer (Any Payout): You also need any payout for your eBay account creation. For Pakistani account it must be payoneer. For foreign account such as UK, US, Germany, Australia it may be a bank account. No Virtual bank account is accepted by eBay except payoneer.
Important Point: All these 4 steps should be on the same details and none of any detail used in any suspended account in past. Otherwise eBay will suspend your account.
