Positions:
• IT Helpdesk/ Support Engineer (Exp - 1/2 years minimum).
• Server & Network Administrator (System & Networks)- (Exp - 1/2 years minimum)
Job requirements
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a L3 on a MSP helpdesk
• Relevant degree and evidence of continuous professional development in an IT role
• Level 3 support skills with IT hardware, software, networking and communications
• Experience supporting the Microsoft 365 platform
• Handling escalated tickets from the Level 1/2 team with ability to work on challenging jobs
• Experience calling customers for ticket updates and feedback
• Ability to work in multi-server environments (RDS, SQL, Exchange) along with networking IPSec VPNs, multi-site premises and StorageCraft backup/recovery solutions
• Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• High quality of service delivery
• Meeting performance metrics or standards
• Effective management of one’s calendar
• ConnectWise, Datto, and IT Glue experience would be an advantage

• DrayTek routers
• ShadowProtect/ShadowXafe backup software

KPIs
• process 10 - 15 x tickets per day
• IT Glue continuous daily updates
Shift: Night Monday to Friday. (Saturday Alternate)
Location: Muhammad Ali Society - Karachi (Onsite)
