Key Responsibilities:
Analyze import costs in advance using HS codes to prepare pre-costing and ensure accurate pricing.
Manage and maintain complete import documentation, including LC or CAD processing.
Track shipments and coordinate closely with forwarders and clearing agents for smooth logistics and customs clearance.
Monitor purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare post-delivery Profit & Loss analysis for imported products.
Ensure compliance with company policies and import regulations.
