Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on our residential construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, adherence to timelines, and seamless coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and construction activities
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams
Ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage
Monitor project timeline and report progress to the Project Manager
Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols
Review and verify materials delivered to the site
Maintain daily site reports and documentation
Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively
Coordinate with architects and engineers for technical clarifications
Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the construction site
Conduct quality checkpoints as per TASK standards
Communicate site status to clients professionally
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience
Proven experience specifically in residential construction projects
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Understanding of local building codes and safety regulations
Excellent communication skills (Urdu and English)
Problem-solving mindset and decision-making ability
Physical stamina for site inspections and supervision
Preferred Skills:
Experience with high-end/luxury residential projects
Knowledge of modern construction techniques
Familiarity with project management software
