Sales Executive, Karachi
The position shall be responsible to support the Sales Manager in promoting and selling a range of products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilizing sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin and with the aim of increasing market share and profitability.
Qualification: BBA / MBA (preferably in marketing)
Experience: 5 years’ experience in sales preferable industry chemical, Must have sound knowledge of the end-to-end channel management Process, Should have hands on practice in Market Research/ Business
Development, Must have experience of exploring new markets while maintaining existing customers satisfied.
Highly active relationship builder , Must know about all industrial areas of assigned region
Preferable experience of textile dyeing industry speciality chemicals like softners, auxiliaries, wetting agents etc
Skills : Product Knowledge, Persuasive, outgoing, self-motivated and goal oriented candidate with strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, customer relationship management skills
Job Responsibilities:
=> Establish smooth flow with continuity of sales on monthly basis as per the assigned targets
=> Find entire end users of assigned products that includes large, mid-tier and small segments buyers.
=> Daily visit to the client’s offices for generating sales and building long term business relation to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and know their business health
=> Meet your recovery targets (Payments & tax challans) in timely manner as per agreed limits with the customer approved by the company
Identify new product and marketplace for generating new business opportunities. Also prepare detail competitive analysis report comprises on region, payment terms, pricing, and volume
=> Generate customer complaint report on immediate basis when and where received along with actions taken to resolve them and suggestions to avoid such in the future
=> Developing Commercial sources for distribution of products in consultation with the head, to increase sales, liquidity, reachability & improving relationship with customers to achieve its cash flows
=> Contribute to the development of sales through marketing/ branding, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies for the area of responsibility
