The reinforcement shown is illustrative only and shall be verified and finalized by a qualified Structural Engineer based on structural analysis, design loads, soil bearing capacity, seismic requirements, and applicable codes.
Main reinforcement, stirrup diameter, spacing, footing dimensions and concrete thickness shall not be adopted for construction without structural design approval.
Provide adequate concrete cover to all reinforcement as required by the applicable structural design code and exposure conditions.
Reinforcement shall be properly anchored, lapped and developed in accordance with the approved structural drawings and applicable code provisions.

Do not scale dimensions from the drawing. Written dimensions and approved structural drawings shall govern.
