The UCP Alumni Association's elected members convened a General Body Meeting to welcome their new leadership: Worthy Dr. Hammad Naveed, who joined as Pro-Rector, and Honorable Mr. Muhammed Yaqoob, the new Pro-Vost. Key discussions centered around strengthening the UCP brand, attracting top talent, and deepening alumni engagement.

The Pro-Rector notably approved several initiatives: allowing elected members to contest elections for two terms, dedicating a seat for differently-abled members, and issuing official alumni cards. Financial aid, mentorship, and community revitalization were also on the agenda.

Challenges were addressed, with discussions on discount cards, female student activities, and impactful campaigns. The meeting's main outcome was the establishment of an autonomous Alumni Association serving all stakeholders.

The Honourable Pro-Vost concluded the meeting by ensuring maximum support for the alumni association and creating a welcoming environment for all on campus.

The Alumni Association of Faculty of Media and Mass Communication Studies (FMMC) , UCP expressed sincere condolences over the sad demise of mother of Ms Mahreen Anwar (L1F16MPMC0022) of 2016-2018 M.Phil Media and Communication Studies batch. The alumni association of FMCS and UCP stand firmly with Ms Mahreen in this hour of grief. May the departed soul rest in eternal peace. And Almighty may grant patience to Ms Mahreen to bear this loss.

Glimpse of University Of Central Punjab‘s Alumni Home Coming (Annual Dinner) 2023 hosted by first ever elected governing body of UCP Alumni Association !

Team UCAA-FMMC along with upper hierarchy decided to give “High Achievement Alumni Award” to Miss.Amina Usman & Mr. Hashim Ali , which was awarded by Dr Fawad (HOD-FMMC) & Pro-rector UCP.

UCP Constituent Alumni Association FMMC’s 1st Faculty GB meeting was held on November, 4th, 2022 . Meeting was chaired by the worthy Dean, FMMC; Prof. Dr. Taimoor ul Hassan.

Meeting was orbiting around association's strategic vision, timelines for goals, industrial linkages to foster Industry & academia’s connection having plans to sign MOUs with relevant bodies were thoroughly discussed.
