سادہ، مطمئن زندگی کی خوبصورتی-

ایک بار، ایک چھوٹے سے ساحلی گاؤں میں، سام نامی ایک بزرگ ماہی گیر رہتا تھا۔ ہر صبح، وہ اپنی پرانی کشتی کو سمندر کی طرف لے جاتا تھا۔ ایک دھوپ والے دن، ایک نوجوان سیاح سام کے پاس آیا اور پوچھا، "بوڑھے آدمی، آپ اپنی کشتی کے لیے موٹر کیوں نہیں لیتے اور مزید مچھلیاں پکڑ کر زیادہ پیسہ کماتے ہیں؟"

سام نے مسکرا کر جواب دیا، "میں کئی دہائیوں سے ان پانیوں میں ماہی گیری کر رہا ہوں، اور میری کشتی نے ہمیشہ میری خدمت کی ہے۔ مجھے اس سے زیادہ کی ضرورت نہیں جو میرے پاس ہے۔"

سیاح نے اصرار کیا، "لیکن ایک موٹر کے ذریعے، آپ اپنے کیچ کو تین گنا کر سکتے ہیں اور زیادہ کما سکتے ہیں!"

سام، اب چمکتے ہوئے سمندر کی طرف دیکھ رہا تھا، جواب دیا، "میں اپنے خاندان کے ساتھ وقت گزارتا ہوں، میں تھوڑی سی مچھلیاں کھاتا ہوں، اور دوستوں کی صحبت سے لطف اندوز ہوتا ہوں۔ میں غروب آفتاب کو دیکھتا ہوں، اور جب رات کا آسمان ستاروں سے بھر جاتا ہے، تو میں اپنا کھیل کھیلتا ہوں۔ گٹار اور گانے گانا۔"

Once, in a small coastal village, there lived an elderly fisherman named Sam. Every morning, he rowed his creaky old boat out to sea. One sunny day, a young tourist approached Sam and asked, "Old man, why don't you get a motor for your boat and catch more fish, make more money?"

Sam smiled and replied, "I've been fishing these waters for decades, and my boat has always served me well. I don't need more than what I have."

The tourist persisted, "But with a motor, you could triple your catch and earn more!"

Sam nodded and said, "I appreciate the advice, but I have enough to feed my family and share with my neighbors. More fish would just go to waste."

The tourist, a bit puzzled, asked, "But what do you do with the rest of your day?"
