14th August, national independence day; the day our forefather's hard work, sacrifices, and striving came to a fruitful conclusion, and this beautiful country we call our home was created. This day should reinforce those values and the spirit that made Pakistan our home.
This land has seen enough sacrifices, turmoil, and hard times to bear anymore. Hence may this day start a new era of success and enlightenment for our beloved homeland and may we and our future generations stand united and proud for this country we call home.

Bun Kababs are the quintessential Lahore street food item. Of course they’re available everywhere but people call them other names, like anday wala burger in Islamabad or papu burger (lol yeah, people in Lahore actually do call it that). It doesn’t matter what time of the day it is, a bun kabab dipped in some questionable chutney is all that you need for the taste of Pakistan.
