Job Summary
To foster a performance driven culture based on core values of COLABS. Identify talent needs with regards to business strategy and develop people budget. Design, rollout & execute talent acquisition & people capability enhancement strategy, manage and execute performance appraisals cycles and implement equitable reward structure. Build a culture of employee engagement and execute People operations from employee acquisition & on boarding to employee exit IN ORDER TO achieve short & long term business objectives
Education & Experiance
BBA/MBA with minimum 6 years of Experience in Human Resources Management with an exposure of organization development initiatives and end to end People operations management.
Job Responsibilities
1. People Planning & Budgeting
Review headcount requirements in collaborations with all function heads & CEO, device annual people budget (Employer Branding, People & Culture tools, com & ben & Peoples operations) by taking into considerations the overall employees turnover rate and business expansions plans, obtain CEOs approval on the annual people budget, keep track of the signed off people budget and make monthly presentations to CEO.
2. Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Build and execute employer branding strategy, liaison with universities, leverage social media platforms to increase the reach. Discuss and lock position requirement with the relevant function head, explore multiple sourcing channels to identify and source quality talent as per annual business & people plan, onboard candidates and create a positive employee experience.
3. Performance & People Development
Ensure to conduct monthly performance reviews and feedback sessions, conduct biannual performance appraisals for all employees, calculate increments bonuses (if any), identify areas of improvements of all employees, develop annual training & capability enhancement plan followed by annual training calendar, engage trainers / deliver trainings, enable team leads to develop individual development plans for their team members.
4. Compensation & Benefits Management
Ensure to maintain internal & external equity based on the contribution of the position in COLABS, analyze market trends & make adjustments in com & ben structure.
5. Culture, Employee Engagement
Conduct employee engagement pulse surveys on annual basis, design annual employee engagement calendar, ensure that all the employee engagement parameters are implemented in true letter & sprit. Design and execute values inculcation programs.
6. Peoples Operations Management
Code of Conduct: Ensure implementation and compliance of employee code of conduct & discipline related policies and procedures, Conduct counseling session with employees in case of any disciplinary issue, Initiate and conduct disciplinary inquiry.
Employee Record: Ensure all employee files/records are up to date.
Employee Grievance Resolution: Ensure proper implementation of grievance resolution process.
Attendance: Monitor attendance & leave management operations.
Employee Benefits Processing: Process all employees benefits within due timelines.
Employee Exit Management: Conduct exit interview, Issue experience and reference letters, Monitor & analyze employee exit reports, Give recommendations to CEO for decision making.
