We proudly congratulate our former Deputy Marshall, Miss Noor Fatima, on her graduation—a remarkable milestone in her journey.
Reflecting on her time with UMT MARSHALLS, she shared:
"Reflecting on my four years at university, one of the most impactful and memorable experiences has been joining Marshalls. I became a member in my 7th semester, unaware at the time of the profound influence it would have on my personal and professional growth.
Marshalls played a pivotal role in enhancing my self-development, significantly boosting my confidence and refining my professional demeanor. Through my role at the induction desk, I interacted with individuals from diverse backgrounds, addressing a wide range of inquiries. This experience taught me how to manage anxiety, navigate challenging situations, and communicate effectively in a professional setting.
I am deeply grateful to my seniors, whose mentorship was instrumental in my growth. Marshalls instills essential values such as punctuality, dignity, and respect for seniors, all of which have left a lasting impact on me. I take great pride in being a part of this esteemed club and will always carry its values with me.
*Message for juniors:*
It is imperative that you give your absolute best because this club truly deserves it. Our seniors dedicated themselves to maintaining Marshalls’ excellence, and now it is your responsibility to uphold and continue that legacy. No one should ever feel that the club has lost its former stature.
While we may be graduating and leaving the university, our connection to Marshalls remains strong—because once a Marshall, always a Marshall.
Strive for excellence, always uphold the respect for your seniors, and work with such dedication that the club’s dignity remains untarnished. Wishing you all the very best in carrying this legacy forward."
