GOAL:
We are especially concerned with improving and developing the drinking water supplies that represents the greatest public health risk. PROCEDURE:
The procedure of making the safe & purified water is discussed below:
Water passes through the seven stages R.O process:
STAGE 1:
In this stage we get water from the compound soil and store it in the tank. We have 300-350.ft deep wel
l from which we get water through high pressure pump. STAGE 2:
After first stage water moves on to second stage where we have two major filters SAND & CARBON filters which removes the dust and ammonia (NH4) from water. STAGE 3:
After that water passes through two more large filters from which it gets more clean and impurities get removed by this filters. STAGE 4:
Then in this stage water moves through different membranes of R.O ( Reverse Osmosis) where all the minerals get removed of just left minimum in the water like in points. STAGE 5:
After that we add minerals to get the desired TDS and desired taste of water. STAGE 6:
In this stage water again stores in the purified tank In which OZONE gas added. OZONE makes water bacteria free and virus free and make water usable for a specific period of time. ( like enhance the expiry of water). STAGE 7:
After this water passes through U.V (Ultra Violet) rays which kill the germs and make water more clean and purified. After U.V water passes through 3 different filters which cleans any dust or particles left in the water and then water reaches at the filling point. This was the whole procedure by which we make purified and clean water to serve our customers with healthy and germs free drinking water. Our first priority is to ensure the quality of water and to make the customer satisfied. PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES TO ENSURE THE QUALITY AND ITS SUSTAINABILITY:
We do Back Wash on daily bases in order to remove the impurities or any dust particles in the filters. We have in-house laboratory in which we test each and every batch made. It is done with the help of different instruments according to the standards of PSQCA, instruments like TDS meter, PH meter, Titration apparatuses and chemicals. We have in-house chemist for this purpose. We also have in-house Micro-biological lab in which we have instruments according to the standards of PSQCA like AUTO-CLAVE, FLAME PHOTO-METER, SPECTRO PHOTO-METER and INCUBATOR. Once in a month we do shut down maintenance in which we wash storage tanks with the help of chemicals and we check all filters and replace if required.
