Our final Entrepreneurship 101 session, led by Minahil Zia, Manager Learning & Development, brought participants together to present the ideas they have been developing throughout the programme. Each founder pitched their concept to the LCE team and their peers, receiving thoughtful feedback, fresh perspectives, and constructive insights to help strengthen their ventures.

What made this cohort truly memorable was not just the diversity of ideas, but the diversity of people behind them. Participants brought unique experiences, viewpoints, and expertise to every discussion, creating a collaborative environment where they learned as much from one another as they did from the programme itself.

As the programme comes to a close, we're incredibly proud of how far this cohort has come, from early concepts to well-defined ideas and we're excited to see how each participant continues to grow, refine, and bring their ideas to life.

The final two days of the Corporate Intrapreneurship Training Programme, delivered by LCE for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), focused on strengthening the leadership skills needed to drive innovation and organisational growth.

Annum Sadiq, Co-founder and CEO of Edkasa, led participants through sessions on leadership transitions, personal branding, executive communication, negotiation, and psychological resilience, equipping them with practical tools to lead with confidence and influence. The programme concluded with Badar Khushnood, Co-founder of Bramerz, who guided participants in their reflection on the training, helping them translate the frameworks and strategies into actionable solutions for their own organisations.

The four-day journey concluded with a closing ceremony attended by leadership from ICAP and the LUMS Centre for Entrepreneurship, celebrating the participants' commitment to continuous learning and innovation. The event concluded with the distribution of certificates and souvenirs, marking the successful completion of a programme designed to empower leaders to drive meaningful change from within their organisations.
