Idea Launch founders explored the essentials of Entrepreneurial Finance in a hands-on session led by Omar Naeem, CFA, Project Finance Lead at Haya Green and FP&A Consultant at Waseela.

The session broke down financial modeling, cash flow management, unit economics, and forecasting capital requirements for early-stage ventures. In a two-day hands-on workshop on Building Effective Teams, Muhammad Taimoor Ali, COO at Bookme.pk, worked with our Idea Launch founders to explore what it takes to build, manage, and grow effective start-up teams.

The sessions covered everything from defining roles and KPIs to aligning co-founder expectations, navigating friction, and making thoughtful hiring decisions. Founders also explored how culture is built through everyday actions and how early team choices can shape a venture’s long-term growth.
