*Call Centre Agent*
Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer service representative to work in our call centre. As a call centre agent, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products or services
- Utilize strong communication skills to de-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions in a computer system
- Meet or exceed call centre performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, first call resolution)
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints or issues
