7 years back when I was in Riyadh, a friend sent me this picture. He witnessed the public beheading of the murderers and rapists and then their headless bodies were hung from a crane for everyone to see even from a distance that this is the punishment for r**e and murder. Just by knowing that this happened somewhere in the country, I felt completely safe and I believe that this was enough to scare the hell out of anyone who would have even thought about r**e or murder ever.
WE NEED THIS IN PAKISTAN.
