FBR کے IRIS سسٹم میں سیلز ٹیکس ریٹرن فائلنگ کے لیے درج ذیل اپڈیٹس شامل کی گئی ہیں:

1. Annexure A

Product Description (مصنوعات کی تفصیل) کا کالم شامل کر دیا گیا ہے۔

Tax Reverse Charged u/s 4 (دفعہ 4 کے تحت ریورس چارجڈ ٹیکس) کا کالم شامل کیا گیا ہے۔

2. Annexure B

درج ذیل نئے کالمز شامل کیے گئے ہیں:

Reason for Non-Creditable Input (ناقابل کریڈٹ ان پٹ کی وجہ)

UOM (یونٹ آف میژرمنٹ)

Rate (شرح)

Type (قسم)

Value Added Tax on Commercial Imports (کمرشل امپورٹس پر ویلیو ایڈڈ ٹیکس)

3. Annexure C

Buyer Verification Status (خریدار کی تصدیقی حیثیت) کا کالم شامل کیا گیا ہے۔

4. Annexure D

UOM (یونٹ آف میژرمنٹ) اور Quantity (مقدار) کے کالمز شامل کیے گئے ہیں۔

5. Payable Data Tab

Row 38 شامل کی گئی ہے جس میں "Select bank account for receipt of refund" (ریفنڈ کی وصولی کے لیے بینک اکاؤنٹ کا انتخاب) کا آپشن دیا گیا ہے۔

یہ اپڈیٹس ٹیکس گوشواروں کی درستگی اور شفافیت کو بہتر بنانے کے لیے متعارف کرائی گئی ہیں۔

Distinguished meeting with Home Secretary Punjab, Mr. Noor Ul Amin Mengal

A high-level meeting was held with the esteemed Home Secretary Punjab, Mr. Noor Ul Amin Mengal, to address the critical issue of CO₂ mixing in LPG, which poses a serious threat to public safety and is being treated as an act of terrorism.

During the session, the Home Secretary showed strong commitment by collaborating with all stakeholders and engaging Deputy Commissioners (DCs) across Punjab to take strict action against this menace. The Home Department has decided to evaluate the performance of all DCs based on their efforts to combat this issue effectively.

Key industry leaders participated in the meeting, including:

ایف بی آر کی "تاریخی" کارکردگی یا صرف ود ہولڈنگ اور ایڈوانس ٹیکس کا کھیل؟

ایف بی آر کے دعوے کے مطابق مالی سال 2023-24 میں ٹیکس وصولی نے 9 کھرب روپے کا سنگ میل عبور کیا، لیکن تفصیلی تجزیہ ظاہر کرتا ہے کہ اس میں ایف بی آر کی اپنی کوششوں کا حصہ انتہائی کم ہے۔

ٹیکس وصولی کی حقیقت:

ود ہولڈنگ ٹیکس:
2740 ارب روپے (مختلف ذرائع سے پہلے ہی کٹوتی شدہ رقم)

ایڈوانس ٹیکس:
1530 ارب روپے (ٹیکس دہندگان کی طرف سے پہلے سے ادا شدہ رقم)

گوشواروں کے ساتھ ادا شدہ ٹیکس:
162 ارب روپے

ایف بی آر کی اپنی ریکوری (آڈٹ، بقایا جات، اور دیگر ذرائع):
صرف 126.8 ارب روپے
(کل انکم ٹیکس وصولی کا صرف 2.8%)

یہ اعداد و شمار واضح کرتے ہیں کہ ایف بی آر کی "ریکارڈ" کارکردگی کا بڑا حصہ ایسے ذرائع سے حاصل ہوا جن میں اس کی اپنی محنت اور ٹیکس نیٹ کو وسیع کرنے کی حکمت عملی کا کردار محدود ہے۔ اگر ایف بی آر واقعی اپنی کوششوں سے ٹیکس نیٹ کو بڑھاتا تو براہ راست ریکوری کی شرح نمایاں طور پر زیادہ ہوتی۔
