This job is purely on commission base but in some special cases the agency office may offer salary and other facilities. The average Sales Representative earns about Rupees 25000 to 30000 per month. After completing 2 years and achievement of required targets the Sales Representative promotes as Sales Officer and again after the same period and completing the required targets he/she becomes Sales Manager.
