IN Consult is currently looking for PEC registered Civil Engineer with at least 8 years of work experience. The applicant must hold a Graduate degree in Civil Engineering from a HEC Recognised University.
The applicant should have documented experience in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, site supervision of buildings and large scale infrastructure projects including roads, buildings, public health, electrical and other facilities. The applicant should also possess in depth knowledge of construction process and Government Schedules Rates and Non-Schedules rates.
IN Consult expects the applicant to have strong command on computer softwares including AutoCAD, REVIT, 3d MAX, MS Office, etc. Applicant should also be able & willing to travel within Pakistan and should be a team player who can carry out tasks assigned within strict timelines & meet targets.
Furthermore, the applicant should have good understanding of construction processes & able to skilfully deal with clients & contractors.
Some job specific tasks includes the following
• Quantity Calculations and Estimations
• Prepare Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates based on Government Schedules Rates and Non-Scheduled Rates
• Site Visits and Resolution of on-site issues
• Site Supervision
• Experience in Procurement & Construction Management
• Good linkages and liaison with suppliers
Kindly note this is a full time office based job with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday.
