We help improve Customer Experience, driving Customer Loyalty and retention, Revenue Enhancement, reduced churn and increased employee satisfaction. These programs are tweaked for enhancing internal customer experience and hence improving the work atmospheres and of course increasing outputs, with added employee retention. Living the Values __ Diversity & Inclusion

While we all talk about diversity and inclusion, and treating genders equally, it is important to celebrate instances where this is actually done. This is important not only for the organizations that we all work with, but also in the sports arena.
PAF Skyview Golf & Country Club Lahore recently hosted the 40th Punjab Open Golf Championship spread over five days. In addition to the categories of “Professional Golfers”, The amateur categories consisted of “Amateurs-men” & “Amateurs-ladies”. The scores of each category were taken into account and prizes awarded. Historically, golf tournaments in Pakistan, if I remember correctly, have not taken into account the gentlemen and ladies categories combined to ascertain who has the better score. The “Best Amateur” title and the trophy has always been awarded to the best from Amateur-men, irrespective of the score of the bast from Amateur-ladies. Not until now at least.
PAF Skyview Golf & Country Club Lahore has stepped up to give the right meaning to term ‘diversity & inclusion’. The club rightfully took a decision to live it and not just talk about it. In the closing ceremony on 17 October 2021, the “Best Amateur” trophy was awarded to the amateur with the best score. And guess who it was __ the top lady amateur. Congratulations Parkha Ijaz. We wish you many such successes and more. This is a proud moment for all of us as much as it is for you.
Hats off to the Club’s Vice President Air Commodore Tariq Usman, who made this happen. Respect for the Club’s president & PGA for supporting this rightful decision.

p.s: Parkha Ijaz, best in Amateurs-Ladies category scored an overall 8 under par while Damil Ataullah, best in Amateurs-Men had an overall score of 6 over.

Delighted and honored to conduct a 2-day fun and learn training session for a special project team at the Commissioner Office, Lahore.
What an amazing group of individuals; all charged up to make a difference in a unique way.
Can't give details of the project yet, but can say that it is not only a bold initiative, but also something that should be done in the current times where each one of us wants to be engaged in what is happening and what is not being done as it should be.
We hope and wish that other divisions and Government departments will follow suit.
