A productive day of interviews and meaningful conversations as we met passionate, talented, and motivated university students aspiring to become part of the RB Ventures team.

From leadership and communication to creativity, event management, social media, design, and coordination — every interaction was an opportunity to discover potential, purpose, and the willingness to learn and lead.

It was inspiring to see young individuals step forward with confidence, ideas, and a desire to contribute. At RB Ventures, we believe that leadership is not simply about holding a position — it is about taking responsibility, creating impact, and helping raise the next generation of changemakers.

Grateful for the team, the meaningful discussions, and everyone who participated in this journey.
