2️⃣ Complete & Accurate Details Product information like title, description, bullet points, and images must be accurate. Small errors can lead to customer complaints or even listing removal.

Before placing any wholesale order, I always start with one important step: verifying the supplier.

Many sellers jump into purchasing as soon as they see a profitable product, but skipping this step often leads to costly problems brand approval rejection, poor pricing agreements, or even unintentionally buying from unauthorized sources.

Here are three essential checks I follow every time before contacting or ordering from a wholesale supplier:

1️⃣ Verify Authorization – Ensures the supplier is officially allowed to sell the brand’s products, reducing the risk of counterfeit goods and making brand approval easier.
