Job Title: Amazon UK KYC / Identity Verification Specialist Needed to Reinstate Deactivated Seller Account
Project Overview & Background
We are looking for a highly experienced Amazon Account Health & Verification Specialist to assist us in reinstating our UK Amazon Selling Account.
Our Amazon UK Seller Account was deactivated due to a KYC (Know Your Customer) / Identity Verification failure under Section 3 of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement and Amazon Payments UK Limited regulations.
Currently, our Seller Central account displays the message: "We have failed to verify the information that you have provided," and the document submission portal under the "Reactivate Your Account" section is currently disabled/locked. Regular Account Health Support has sent a standard response indicating a final decision. However, we believe the rejection was caused by technical formatting issues and address parsing mismatches on our initial document submission.
We require an expert who understands the internal escalation workflows of Amazon Payments UK, FCA regulatory compliance, and Executive Seller Relations escalations to help us successfully reopen the verification link and submit compliant identity documentation.
