Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and Experienced to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 2D CAD drawings for (MEP) systems. The role requires strong drafting skills, a solid understanding of construction practices, and the ability to coordinate with the design team for timely project delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary:From Rs:45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute / Relocate:

Key Steps in UPVC Sewerage Piping Work:

➡️- Survey and Planning:
i-Verify and obtain approval for all project documents and drawings.
ii-Complete a route pe***ng survey to determine the exact pipe path.
➡️Site Preparation:
i-Obtain clearance from the civil contractor for installation work.
ii-Ensure adequate and safe access to the installation area.
iii-Wear appropriate safety PPE, such as helmets, gloves, and safety shoes.
➡️Installation:
i-Mark the pipe route as per the approved drawings.
ii-Lay the pipes with a proper slope to maintain self-cleaning velocity and prevent solids from depositing.
iii-Connect pipes using fittings and ensure watertight joints.
iv-Incorporate cleanouts at every 20 meters and at turning points.
v-Provide vent pipes for each system to maintain pressure balance.
vi-Fix flexible connectors at expansion joints in buildings.
➡️Backfilling and Testing:
i-Carefully backfill the trenches around the installed pipes.
ii-Fill the pipes with water to perform a leakage test.
iii-Repair any leaks and request final approval from the Consultant or Client.
