Code of Conduct deactivation.
I am making this post after working on 5 accounts with code of conduct violation.
Here is my experience,
After talking to amazon help center for literally 30-50 mins on each account, I gather these reasons for CoC violation.
1-invalid trackings
2-misguiding/giving lolipops to amazon customers.
3-late response/delaying refunds.
4-AMZ-AMZ or other retail drop shipping.
Now a days even new accounts are deactivated on any of these reasons . its very important to identify specific reasons and provide relevant reasonings within first two appeals otherwise your account will remain suspended even if you figure of all the reasons correctly.
Here is the scenario when you call the amazon after deactivation. Guy on other end has all your account information in front of him which includes, you account health, your a-z claims, your recent fulfilled orders and there chat with customers, your refunds, invalid tracking used,
Most importantly notes from appeal handing team.
First mistake you guys make is hand over your account to another unprofessional guys who has written appeal with him and just see one word on your deactivation appeal and say it will be reactivated in a week.
He never study your account, nor your cases, just copy paste the appeal. This appeal has 99% of rejection(as told by amazon guy)
Because this appeal doesn't mention your mistakes or reason, its just a random template.
I got an account with three appeal made and first thing I did was calling the amazon after studying his chats and account health. Amazon told me account was deactivated due to late order with invalid tracking whereas you are mentioning drop shipping policies on your appeals, we need explanation on that order and few evidences to accept your appeal.
Likewise on other accounts no one talked to amazon before making appeal.
Deactivation Is not a big deal, even worst drop shipping violations can be death with after referring to specific reasons, policies and evidences.
Never trust a guy who say it will be reinstated in a week as amazon guy told me that each account Is unique and appeal handing team responds accordingly.
If you don't get any response in 3 days, you shall understand that amazon Is waiting for your call and more information.
There is a lot to share on this topic as I know the severity of this issue. I will keep on updating on every unique case I receive.
