First thing?
The reason why a brand does not approve Amazon Sellers is because we do not follow the brand's requirements such as map policy, Applying for approval without eCommerce website and not follow the brand policies etc.

Second, How to attraction the brand now?
Communicate with a professional email that see email look attractive and business man. Have a professional website or online presence showcasing your brand and products. This adds credibility to your application.๐Ÿ’ช

3rd thing is, Cold calling communication?
See when you are talking, the next person understands you immediately, So improve your communication and take training it in of the front camera and listen to your own recording and then edit it. And repeat this process until you are sure. ๐Ÿ”ฐ

Account Reinstatement Guidelines - Section 3
The document provided to Amazon is not an appeal. Appeal is when you admit your mistake and tell Amazon the measures you will take to follow their guidelines better. Currently, Amazon is asking you to submit your documents only and you can provide an explanation for the documents so that Amazon can easily verify your documents

If you do not have invoices, and other documents, then this post is NOT for you.

What is Amazon looking for?

1. ID Proof: same ID/Passport you used to open your account.

2. Bank Statement: personal or business bank account used to purchase the ASIN under review. Make sure transaction details of the purchase is reflected. Amount and date should match with that on Product Invoice

3. Company Documents: company incorporation document (if applicable). I also attached my reseller permit which is another proof of company's incorporation/existence (as per Amazon associates). Company documents should have your name as sole proprietor/partner/member.

4. Product Invoice: should include details of distributor/brand (name, address, number, email, etc). Should have your name or company name on it.
Beware: Do not edit or make fake invoice. Trust me there is no way around it. I do not believe people here promising original invoices and LOA. I talked to a lot of people. Either they were scammers or I was not satisfied with their work. So I did the submission myself

5. Proof of Delivery: a statement/proof (picture) issued by courier service that confirms that the shipment was actually delivered.
In my case, my tracking number in the proof of delivery had expired and could not be tracked. I contacted courier service (DHL Express) and they said that their trackings are valid for 90 days. I took a screenshot of that this policy statement by DHL Staff and provided in the explanation document.

6. Bill of Lading: a document issued by the courier service when your shipment passes from one port of another. Since my package came by air, there was an air waybill instead of bill of lading. So, it was not applicable. For local shipments, it is not applicable either.

7. Commercial Invoice/Import Export Document: a document issued by distributor/brand for Customs Clearance purpose. Package value is usually lowered to easy clearance. Date here (shipping date) is different from that on Product Invoice (purchase date). Again, not applicable on local shipments.

8. Letter of Authorization: a document issued by the brand/distributor authorizing you to resell their products. Should come directly from the entity (brand/distributor). Should include the authorizing statement. Should be on letter head. Should be stamped and signed.
