From Colleagues to Industry Contributors
There’s something meaningful about meeting an old colleague years later in a completely different professional setting.
Recently, I had the opportunity to reconnect with Qasim Munawar while conducting a session at RDMC.
It took me back to earlier days, shared responsibilities, early projects, learning the ropes, building foundations.
Today, we stand in different roles.
Different environments.
Greater responsibilities.
Yet the commitment to growth and impact remains the same.
Watching peers grow in parallel is a quiet reminder of how careers evolve.
Not always side by side.
Not always in the same direction.
But forward.
It’s about progression.
Consistency compounds.
Reputation travels.
Growth becomes visible over time.
Good to reconnect with professionals who continue to contribute meaningfully in their own spaces.
The industry moves, and so do the people who stay committed to it.
