The first phase training sessions at Reko Diq Mining Company - RDMC have been successfully completed on site.
Working in remote and operational environments always brings its own dynamics, but what stood out most throughout these sessions was the commitment from the participants.
Engagement grew stronger with each session.
Confidence improved.
Discussions became more open and practical.
That kind of progress doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from consistency, collaboration, and the willingness to learn despite demanding schedules and real-world pressures.
My sincere thanks to RDMC, especially the Training & Development department, for their coordination and support in making these sessions possible.
And most importantly, appreciation to the trainees whose dedication and active participation made the experience truly rewarding.
It’s always encouraging to see growth happen in environments where learning requires both effort and adaptability.
This is an encouraging step forward, and I look forward to building on this progress in the sessions ahead.
