Internship Position: HR & Inventory Control

This combined internship role helps manage personnel functions while gaining exposure to operational tasks, data tracking, and office support.

Key Responsibilities

• Human Resources & Recruitment:
• Post job openings on job boards and social media.
• Screen resumes and application forms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Assist with onboarding procedures and orientation.
• Update employee records and internal databases.
• Support employee engagement and company events.

• Inventory & Administration:
• Track and record stock levels or supplies using office software.
• Assist with data entry and organizing internal files.
• Coordinate with team members for day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Software Entry and Social Media Management:
•Assist with data entry related to HR and Inventory
• Managing and posting content on social media including job postings.

Requirements & Skills
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools like MS Office and software knowledge.
• Clear verbal,written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Punctual and responsible attitude

Office timings 8am to 4pm Monday to Saturday

1. We are looking forward to employ a manager Operation/Marketing for a Security company based in Chaklala scheme III Rawalpindi. Person who has past experience of working in security company will be preferred.
a. Army retired HAV/JOC (Havaldar/Junior commission officer).
b. Age 35-50 years.
c. Medical Category ‘A’ & physically fit.
d. Education FA/BA, should have basic Knowledge of operating computer.
e. Previous experience of serving an intelligence Set ups, Protocol & administrative duties will be preferred.
Must have personal conveyance/transport (Motor Bike) with valid driving license
Must be able to organize leads, proper team & look after their discipline, deployment & welfare
Local & surrounding areas living near Chaklala scheme 3 will be preferred, as boarding and lodging facilities as not available.
Salary package 40 to 50k per month or will be decided on interview based upon qualification & Experience
Individual Traits must have pleasing personality with fluency in Urdu language to convince & convey their view points.
