ProTech Business Resource Centre provides ab booking & dispatch services to UK & Australia's cab companies. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Customer Service Representative for inbound calls (Cab booking)

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

-Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
-Process bookings, cab requests, and other service-related tasks accurately and efficiently.
-Provide assistance and support to customers via chat, email, and phone channels.
-Ability to work rotational shifts/night shifts

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

-Atleast 6 months of experience in a related field preferred
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with call center software is a plus.
