Complaint Regarding Misleading Information on JazzCash App – “Super Mahana Awaaz Package (Ufone)”
Dear Support Team,

I would like to register a complaint regarding misleading information displayed on the JazzCash application.

While subscribing to the Ufone – Super Mahana Awaaz Package through the JazzCash app, the package was clearly mentioned as offering ALL Network Minutes. Based on this information, I subscribed to the package.

However, after activation, I discovered that the package actually provides only on-net (Ufone-to-Ufone) minutes, as confirmed by other platforms such as Easypaisa and Ufone’s official details. Due to this incorrect information in the JazzCash app, the package consumed my regular balance throughout the month, causing unexpected deductions.

This is highly misleading and has caused financial loss. I request the following:

Correction of the package details in the JazzCash app to avoid misleading other users.

Reimbursement/compensation for the balance consumed due to incorrect information provided on your platform.

A prompt resolution and confirmation of corrective action.
