1. An Arabic guy hired a Pakistani VA and gave him access to his Helium10 account. Next day the helium 10 account was accessed from 18 different locations. He immediately fired the VA.
2. One overseas guy hired a Pakistani VA and gave him access to all his account details, after few weeks there was no progress on account and he received plenty of bills, he was confused. After investigate he found that the VA was placing his own orders for his own account using his card. (Ashamed)
3. Another client (Desi) who was ok, not disappointed with skills but was upset to know that within 3 weeks of working VA started asking for US visa. He is like who is feeding this to them? And I was like "Nahi nahi mein nay nahi kya"
Majority of people told me they are hiring Filipinos only. You can hire Filipinos for $1.5 to $2 per hour and they work with extreme discipline and get their annual raise as per contract. They also told me Pakistanis are experts in everything but delivery is not on time. Now they all prefer to hire someone from the Philippines because it's is cheaper and easy to trust them.
Based on this feedback, I am giving you a heads up that you will lose your global position soon if you keep asking for exorbitant fee and not discipline yourself quick enough. If you want to retain your position,
1. Please discipline yourself.
2. Do not over commit.
3. Start with reasonable wages only.
4. Stick to your contract.
5. Do not go back 3rd month with too many of your personal problems.
6. Do not start asking for US visa on 3rd week of working.
