📣 Attention! New Withholding Tax Rules from July 1, 2025 🚨
📅 Under the Finance Act 2025–26, a major change has been made for cash withdrawals by Non-Filers:
💸 New Rule (Section 231AB):
➡️ If you're not on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL)
➡️ And you withdraw more than PKR 75,000 in a single day
➡️ You’ll now pay 0.8% Advance Tax on the total amount withdrawn

Before PKR 50,000/day 0.6% Non-Filers
Now (2025) PKR 75,000/day 0.8% Non-Filers (ATL not listed)
