We want to continue our classical digest with introduction our amazing team members! So, please, meet – Liza Voronets . She is our Talent Partner more than one year! We asked her the few questions:
❔ Liza, hi! Please introduce yourself to our readers.
🔶 Hello, everyone! My name is Yelyzaveta and I work as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Hire&Flare. I am a public manager by education. However, I became very interested in the IT field at university and decided to complete recruiting courses. I'm grateful to my mom for supporting me in this because now I'm happy to be doing what I like :)
❔ Could you describe how you got into recruitment and what you like the most about it?
🔶 At university, I studied recruiting. I was immediately interested in it because I love communicating with completely different people. I remember once my friend was telling me about his friend who works as a recruiter in an IT company. After that, I have started to get interested in IT recruiting and decided to take a recruiting course. Then there were a lot of interviews and here I am :) In my work, I like new and, most importantly, interesting knowledge, challenges, and amazing people I have met.
❔ Among all the companies in the world, you chose Hire&Flare. Could you tell us why and what makes this agency special?
🔶 I have many ideas that I can implement here. From our conversation at the interview, I understood that I will be given creative freedom and support in my endeavours. This is important for me.
❔ Apart from Hire&Flare - who are you beyond your work? What do you like doing in your free time? What are your hobbies?
🔶 Summer is coming soon, that's why you can see me at the gym after work.
In my spare time, I like to read Stephen King. I think he is the best writer ever. I also enjoy listening to various podcasts, mostly about books, YouTube, and politics. And lately, I've been listening to interviews with famous people.
❔ And last but not least - what would you say to anyone having difficulties in recruitment?
🔶 Our big flaw is that we give up too quickly. The surest way to succeed is to keep trying one more time.
