s of leadership are the same in both military and business. The only difference between these environments is the mission and core values that constitute these two worlds. Through the use of historical and living examples we provide our students with a well rounded view of leadership and group dynamics, thus allowing leaders to better coordinate their daily actions to improve production and obtain their personal goals.
