🔝Do you think forming a company in European countries solve all problems of migration and you have the right to obtain a residence permit right after❓
➡️ Actually company is not solving problems nowadays in most European countries. It was like that before, but law and legal practice have changed and now in most Schengen countries companies have to be active, so it’s shareholders could obtain residence permit.

➡️ So what should you do to obtain a residence permit based on your own business? List of tips is below, company should:
1️⃣ have a good bank account history
2️⃣ invest in the country it was registered at
3️⃣ be profitable
4️⃣ obtain work permits for it’s directors if they are foreign citizens (in some countries it should be obtained before forming a company, and in some after)
5️⃣ hire employees for certain period
ℹ️ Not all requirements should be fulfilled at once, in many European countries fulfilling just few would be enough, especially for a new company.
