The job will be performed remotely for the first 3 months. Then will be performed in our brand-new office located in Bayamon, P.R.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️ Daily contact with customers by telephone, email, chat, or others as requested.
✔️ Diligent follow through with customers’ inquiries.
✔️ Respond promptly, courteously, and professionally to customers.
✔️ Manage user accounts, permissions, and emails; including but not limited to upgrading or canceling accounts.
✔️ Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
✔️ Organize contracts and documents in cloud-based platform.

Experience
✔️ E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
✔️ Customer Support: 2 years (Required)
✔️ Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)

Language
✔️ English & Spanish (Required)
