Skincare is just that... Skin Care. If you want supernaturally healthy skin then you have to watch what you eat also. Bad habits like not drinking enough water can cause your skin to over-produce oil on your face and leave the skin on the rest of your body dehydrated and dry.
Eat more fruits and veggies like watermelons 🍉 and cucumbers🥒...
Don't wear pore clogging make-up all the time.
Eat lots of Citrus foods/ foods abundant in Vit C.
