Sharing information about training and consulting on Neuroleadership and Brain Based Coaching. To be successful, people need to know better themselves, both how their brains and their bodies work. Also very important for being successful, is resilience and determination to go forward, but before all that, to have well defined goals, and a framework composed of strategies and actions aligned with

those goals is key. Very useful is to have someone close to us, giving us positive feedback, challenging our thinking, so that we question our habitual way of thinking and doing things, and hopefully, generate powerful insights and create new long term habits. This person can be either a coach or a mentor, as it is most appropriate in each situation.
