A replaced part should never become an afterthought.

14 OCTOBER · INTERNATIONAL E-WASTE DAY

Wind turbines rely on sensors, drives, converters and control electronics. When a component is removed, responsible handling matters as much as the repair.

A BETTER COMPONENT JOURNEY:
• Diagnose before replacing.
• Record what comes out and why.
• Route end-of-life electronics through approved channels.

NEXT STEP

Protect asset life. Reduce avoidable waste.

Strong crews make room to talk.

10 OCTOBER · WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY

Work on windfarms can mean travel, rotations, changing weather and time away from home. Looking after people means making space for honest talks.

SMALL ACTIONS MATTER:

• Make time to talk with colleagues before and after demanding shifts: ask how they are doing and give them space to share.
• Respect time for rest and recovery.
• Speak up early and listen without judgement.

At ADDGEN, supporting our teams goes beyond the job. We are here to listen, talk and offer support through challenging moments, with care for each person’s wellbeing.

From 22 to 25 September, ADDGEN attended WindEnergy Hamburg.

The event was a valuable opportunity to visit our clients, build new partnerships and make new connections across the wind energy sector.

It was also clear that the industry continues to evolve alongside technology. Behind that progress, we saw talented people and a strong commitment to the work they do.

If we did not have the chance to connect at the fair, send us a message. We would be pleased to introduce ADDGEN’s services and solutions and explore how we can support your projects.
