Tomorrow, our CEO takes the stage at to tackle one of the biggest game-changers in event planning: mobility 🚗

Getting there, moving around, optimizing flows… Mobility shapes the festival experience and transforms its environmental footprint. At GiantSteps, we believe smart mobility isn’t just a convenience, it’s a necessity for the future of live events.

And Antoine knows this challenge inside out. As co-founder of Caparica, a festival spread across 10 different locations around Costa da Caparica every year with tens of thousands of attendees, mobility is a massive puzzle. Balancing private shuttles and public transport, in cooperation with private companies such as who is hosting the conference, is key to ensuring that everyone gets to the right place at the right time.

Rethinking mobility means designing festivals that are efficient, accessible, and sustainable. The challenge is huge, but the opportunities are even greater.
