I was in a factory in Braga this morning.
Within 10 minutes I had identified a priority conflict, a fabric risk, and a pattern revision that hadn’t reached the cutting room.
None of it was in the email thread.
This is what remote management can’t see. Not because the factory is hiding anything. Because the floor speaks a different language than the inbox.
If you’re producing in Portugal and managing it from abroad, you’re flying blind. Production oversight isn’t about reports or weekly calls. It’s about someone who reads the room before the room becomes a problem.
