Storm Kristin was and is still being a challenge for many people, if not everyone on the central Portugal region.

Helping my clients with house insurance policies is 1 of the main focus I have had since day 1 after the storm. Not easy times, unfortunately assesments are taking a bit longer then desired but at least the paperwork filing of the claims has been done in the simplest way possible to avoid more headaches for clients.

Thank you for the kind words Heyn and Annie Kapp. Despite being a simple Insurance agent, we insurance agents have an important role in getting the process started.

Hoping all victims can have their houses repaired as quick as possible. It´s not an easy road for sure but we will all get their together!!

When Plan A seems perfect, always be prepared for option B so the client is never left wthout internet. Infrastructure can mislead but surely not impossible to solve with the right experience.
