Beauty products Range so it is a must to be a Sales Lady or A Salesman from the Same Background ( FMCG - Retail Shops - Hyper)
Sales Representative Responsibilities include: Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Performing cost-­benefit analyses of existing and potential customers. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Generate Sales
As one would expect, the main responsibility of a Salesman is to complete sales to consumers or clients. A Salesman must adequately explain his or her company’s products or services through presentations, brochures, videos and other materials. Salesman must apply persuasive methods as needed.
Build Sales Leads
Through referrals, business directories and even cold calling, Salesmen must create sales leads in order to pursue new clients. Salesmen also follow up on sales leads that might be generated by other employees or departments within the company.
Maintain Sales Accounts
Customer satisfaction and retention are important aspects of a Salesman’s responsibilities. Salesmen must regularly call or visit existing clients to ensure that they are still happy with using the product or services and to explain new products and services as they are made available.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Evaluate assigned Operation results and productivity to ensure all business opportunities are being maximized
Ensure effective implementation of all cycle plan activities and accuracy of all trade marketing information and various reports
Establish an excellent working relationship with the trade to gain their active support to maximize volume and in store presence within agreed budgets
Implement and evaluate Trade incentive schemes to maximize in store visibility and awareness for drive brands
Work closely with distributor sales force to maximize distribution opportunities
Ensure our distribution objectives on product quality and availability are being met
Assist Market Manager in supervision and guidance of merchandiser activities to ensure all our in store furniture is maintained in clean working condition and stays in sync with agreed planograms
Ensure Trade marketing resources are secure and used in the most effective and efficient manner possible
Generate consumer contacts for our database by approaching competition

Deliver the orders daily with the Delivery Fan , Display the items , monitor stock levels , Take full responsibilities for the Store and delivery cycle .
Hard work , Leadership, English is a must and driving license is a great added value .
