Spare Tire Principle:

Whenever you drive a car, you are carrying a spare tire, right? WHY? are you expecting a flat tire? Of course not! You carry a spare tire just in case you have a flat tire. You just want to be prepared when hitting the road to reach your destination without further delay.

Apply this principle for your income to have constant flow. You should not be contented to one source of income. You should create and develop spare sources of residual income so that even you lose your job, getting sick or company shutdown-your income never stops like running water in the spring.

Do you know why you need to have a spare budget or other source of income? Because you'll never know what kind of bad luck you'll going to face in this world soon. Preparation is the key! - Solomon

A man established a zoo and made the entrance fee of P300 but no one went there. He reduced it to P200 but still, no one came.
He then reduced the fee to P10 but still, people didn't come.

Finally, he made it FREE entrance, and soon, the zoo was filled with people. Then he quietly locked the gate of the zoo, set the lions free, and made the exit fee of P500, and everyone paid!

MORAL LESSON: As you go about in life, beware of cheap or free offers, they can be terrible or deceiving...



Good morning Everyone!

This year has given me so much learnings again, although some or most of it, I learned in the hard way. But we are all prone to commit mistakes. It's up to us if we will learn from it, or continuously do it. This coming year, I'll do my best, even beyond my best, to be a more better person. And aside from the hard learnings, many battles, struggles, hardships, trials and challenges, and those personal demons that I had to face, I got knocked down so many times from different aspects left and right, and yet I still managed to get up. Thank you 2021, thank you Lord, you made me stronger, and you made me know myself much better.

For all the people that I have made a mistake or any shortcomings from my end, please forgive me. 🙂

Thank you for all the learnings 2021! Welcome 2022, GET READY, WE'RE GONNA DO THIS!
