Back for the second year at Lapita Dubai Parks and Resorts Autograph Collection Hotels, we didn’t just launch a new seal — we summoned a new spirit:
SEAL 2.0 – from crafting to LIVING.

Together with the incredible Chief Faiek El Saadani and his team of cultural warriors, we ignited a two-day ride that cracked open the very soul of service.

The SHIFT — not just a journey, but a Polynesian-powered odyssey — unfolded in three bold acts:

Act I: Flip the Script
Words and thoughts shape our worlds. And poor thoughts and words? They poison your Mana. We stirred up the language, rewired the mindset, and brewed a bold new vocabulary to awaken greatness.

But wait… what is Mana?
In Lapita, Mana is more than myth — it’s the quiet energy inside us all, whispered through story. And story is power.

Two Keynotes. One Mission. Infinite Elevation.
 From the first light to the final bow, I had the honor of opening and closing one of the most purpose-driven gatherings in the Kingdom — the CNHI Conference at the Red Sea, where ELEVATE wasn’t just a theme… it was a rocking experience at every level.

Opening Keynote: ELEVATE We soared beyond comfort zones, beyond silos, and beyond “good enough.” We unpacked what it means to Elevate Yourself, Elevate Others, and Elevate Systems — all anchored in the truth that elevation begins within. That small shifts create big impact. That in healthcare, every word, every act, every system can heal — or hinder.

Closing Keynote: TRUE NORTH We ended the journey by finding our internal compass. Not just goals. Not just strategy. But clarity — the kind that aligns people with purpose. With storytelling, interaction, and soul, we reminded each other that every healthcare leader is a light, and when guided by True North, that light becomes a beam strong enough to illuminate a nation’s health journey.

What a week at Raffles The Palm Dubai
We closed the 2025 chapter, and we set the stage for a grander act: 2026!

This past week was more than a reflection on 2025. It was a declaration: To grow further. To go beyond. To lead, inspire, and CROWN every moment of 2026.

Together with the exceptional friend Kaupp and his visionary team, we:
Ignited Leadership with an emotional luxury journey.

Crafted a 9-week IMPACT Plan — not to maintain momentum, but to elevate it. From heights to greater heights, focusing on culture, leadership effectiveness, colleague engagement, and guest delight.

We also Reunited the Executive Committee — because the real strength of a hotel lies in its synergy at the top. In one profound team bonding journey, we unlocked the magic that happens when ExComs align, understand one another, and lead not just side by side — but soul to soul.

Remember, in a world of luxury, what sets legends apart is not just service… But spirit. The spirit of One Team. One Voice. One Mindset.

And now… the final act awaits. In February, we return — to rally every colleague around the majestic SEAL and the purpose we shaped together:

“To CROWN every moment.”
This is more than a promise. It’s our path. And we’re just getting started.

From Construction to Creation.
From Hard Hats to Heartbeats.

At the edge of the Red Sea, a new chapter was written — and I was honored to write it hand-in-hand with the exceptional GM and friend, Francesco Pantalone.

For three days, we didn’t just prepare to open a resort…We crossed the line.

We crossed the line from building walls to building emotions.
 From scaffolding and specs to stories and sensations.
 From a site to a signature.

We didn’t just rally the team — we electrified them. We didn’t just train — we transformed.
Together, we burned the construction jackets (literally 🔥) and ushered in a new identity.

We crafted the IHG Red Sea SEAL, built the emotional muscle of hospitality, and infused every corridor with intention, pride, and joy.

With guitars, bubbles, rituals, and rituals of celebration, we illuminated a new rhythm of luxury — one that touches the soul and ignites unforgettable guest journeys.

If this is how we open, imagine how we will shine.
To the brilliant team at IHG Red Sea — you’re not just ready…You’re rising.

CTRL + ALT + DELuxe @ The Lana - Dorchester Collection
 Rebooted. Refocused. Redefined.

What began a few months ago with the crafting of the 3D CODE just exploded into a day of energy, elegance, and elevation.

I had the honor of delivering 3 electrifying keynotes to the extraordinary legends of The Lana Dubai, Dorchester Collection, launching not just a mindset — but a way of GIVING!

From re-igniting the purpose to building the mindset and skillset to finish 2025 strong, the energy in the room was unmatched. We pressed CTRL to take control of our journey. We hit ALT to reframe perspectives. And we smashed DEL to delete limiting beliefs.

Because The Lana is not a hotel. It’s a mindset.
 A bold, elegant, and emotion-driven rhythm of service where authenticity meets artistry, and where every moment becomes a Lana moment.
Grateful beyond words to be part of this evolution.

At Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, I spent a few days weaving intentions into impact and laying the golden bricks for 2026 and beyond. Together, we created a SEAL — a movement.

We crafted a purpose that dares to “Raffle Every Moment into Magic.”
We defined what it means to think with curiosity, own with passion, refine with purpose, and ‘Raffle’ as one.

We shaped a quantifiable mission to guide our every heartbeat — ensuring the future of this palace is anchored in emotion, intention, and elegance.

Because luxury isn’t what you do, it’s what you make them feel.

And none of this would be possible without an extraordinary energy player and visionary. Thank you, Yazan Latif, our Chief ‘Raffling’ Officer, for co-creating magic.
